BUILD

Unlock your inner strength with BUILD Strength Training classes. This dynamic and results-driven class is tailored to individuals seeking to build functional strength, enhance muscle tone, and ignite their metabolism. Whether you're seasoned or new to the world of strength training, BUILD will challenge and empower you to reach your full potential, through safe training to BUILD strength safely and effectively. 

What to Expect:

  • Targeted Muscle Development: Through a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises, you'll engage in a comprehensive workout designed to target major muscle groups. Each BUILD class is designated to target specific muscle groups so you come to class prepared and knowing what to expect to BUILD.

  • Expert Coaching: Our certified trainers bring a wealth of expertise to each session. They'll guide you through proper form and technique, ensuring maximum effectiveness and safety. A variety of modifications are available throughout class to accommodate all fitness levels.

SCULPT

Elevate your fitness journey with our invigorating Pilates Fusion Sculpt class, a dynamic session that combines the core-strengthening benefits of traditional mat Pilates with the added challenge of light weights and sculpting movements. This class is designed to bring a new dimension to your workout routine, providing a comprehensive full-body experience.

What to Expect: With the use of light weights, you'll experience increased resistance, enhancing muscle engagement and toning for a lean, sculpted physique. These classes aim to intensify the workout experience by combining the SCULP fitness method with the benefits of low impact.

  • Core Strengthening: Pilates is renowned for its emphasis on core stability. Through precise movements and controlled breathing, you'll build a strong foundation from which all other movements originate.

  • Muscle Toning: The incorporation of light weights amplifies the intensity, sculpting your muscles and fostering long, lean lines.

BLAST

This class is where strength training from BUILD meets muscle endurance from BLAST. This class is 50/50 BUILD vs. BLAST. Burn calories long after the class is over thanks to the "afterburn" effect, where your body continues to torch calories post-workout. This sweat-inducing workout is designed to challenge every inch of your body and  leave you feeling stronger and more confident than ever before!

What to Expect:

  • Increased Endurance: Improve your stamina leading to enhanced performance in all areas of your life.

RECOVER

A mastery of stretching and mobility!

RECOVER is a juxtaposition where movement meets stillness. This class is designed to help you improve your flexibility, range of motion, and overall mobility through functional stretching. Whether you're someone recovering from an injury, looking to enhance performance or simply seeking to increase your daily comfort and ease of movement, this class is tailored to meet your needs.

Each class ends with shavasana, breath work and a cooling eucalyptus eye mask.

What to Expect:

  • Reduce Muscle Tension: Discover methods for releasing tension in tight muscles through dynamic stretching, static stretching, and self-myofascial release techniques.

  • Eucalyptus Cooling Towel: Enhance your muscle recovery with a eucalyptus infused chilled towel to help you cool down and recover comfortably.

RENEW

Immerse yourself in an oasis of serenity as you RENEW your mind and body through guided meditation as soothing waves of sound wash over you, transporting you to a state of deep calm and rejuvenation.

RENEW creates a tranquil space where you'll find relaxation and inner self-renewal.  As you settle comfortably on a soft mat, our experienced facilitator will guide you through gentle breathing exercises to help you release tension and prepare for the immersive experience ahead. As the session begins, you'll be guided through a meditative state  followed by a symphony of crystal singing bowls expertly played to create a tapestry of sound that gently lulls your mind and body into a state of blissful relaxation.

Regular attendance can lead to improved overall well-being and a deeper connection to your inner self.

What to Expect:

  • Stress Reduction: Learn breathing techniques to effectively help manage and reduce stress in your daily life while the harmonious sounds of the crystal bowls facilitate a deep sense of calm, reducing stress and anxiety levels.

  • Physical Healing: The vibrations can promote physical healing and alleviate tension in the body.

OUTDOOR CLASSES

Outdoor Classes are offered between Memorial Day and Labor Day. There are 2 different OUTDOOR classes offered:

Meditational Recovery: This class is a juxtaposition where movement and mediation meet. We spend 1/2 the class in functional stretching helping to relieve sore/tight aches and pains through movement. The second half of class is spent in intentional stillness to allow the nervous system to relax and recover.

Backyard Bootcamp: This class is both challenging and fun as it pushes you outside of your comfort zone working along side of your peers motivating you! We will incorporate HIIT style training including anaerobic activity to improve endurance along with utilizing the park obstacle course for strength based movement.
