A Women’s Wellness Summit

As women, we are often rushing through our days taking care of others, running on limited sleep and or patience, feverishly working against the limited hours in a day to “get it all done”. All resulting in little time for ourselves.

At empowHER, we will dedicate intentional time for HER! The Summit will include a low impact fitness juxtaposition where movement meets stillness in a fitness sampler by Hydro Fit. This sampler will be a combination of SCULPT: light weight mat-pilates, and STRETCH: functional stretching to alleviate soreness and restore muscles. After our time spent in physical wellness, we will dedicate time to our mental and emotional wellness in a guided sound bath meditation.

To wrap up our event you will have access to shop the women-owned businesses featured at the event! From skincare, to hair, jewelry, wine, chocolate, clothing and MORE!

A “General Entry Ticket” includes access to a low impact light weight sculpt class followed by functional stretching/recovery class taught by Hydro Fit, a meditational sound bath, organic post-workout treats, and access to shop local women-owned businesses while sipping on an optional adult beverage or two!

The “VIP Access Ticket “ includes “General Entry Ticket” + the empowHER swag bag full of wellness goodies from Hydro Fit AND exclusive discounts to Columbus, Women Owned Businesses , + 1 entry into the 3 giveaway drawings (for only $10 more!!!)

This is a non- profiting event. Ticket sales will be donated to a local organization supporting women in need.
